 Posts: 1 United States of America | I have download several movies on Saturday January 19th and I can't get any sound on the movies. The movies plays and the subtitles work but there is no sound. I made sure that my computer sound was up to 100 and the movie app sound is up all the way. What do I need to do to get the sound? What am I doing wrong? |

Not giving us much to go on. Assuming you checked audio with another movie you've watched before? If audio works then your sound card does not support the audio formats for movies downloaded on the 19th. | |
